TERMS OF USE.
The placing of the order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Baico di Faravelli Davide will send, after the conclusion of the order, an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The user is invited to print the email and keep it. If the consumer does not receive it, he is invited to contact our customer service info@baico5terre.com.
In the event of any impossibility, even temporarily, to fulfill the order partially or totally, Baico di Faravelli Davide will promptly contact the user to make arrangements, without prejudice to the possibility for the user to request cancellation, even partially, of the order and the return of the corresponding amount possibly already paid by credit card.
If the user data are incomplete or in any case inaccurate (in order to make delivery of the package impossible), Baico di Faravelli Davide will contact the user before processing the order.
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the products must be considered inclusive of VAT. The prices of the Products published from time to time on the site cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products. Baico di Faravelli Davide reserves the right to confirm or modify the prices of the Products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising materials, at the time of confirmation of the Customer's order.
Prices do not include transportation except in cases where it is expressly indicated. The cost of transport will be calculated on the cart page based on the place of delivery and the quantity of product ordered.
Payment can be made at the same time as the order on the PayPal site, by credit card or other payment methods accepted by this service.
In case of problems, the customer can cancel the order by simply communicating it by e-mail to info@baico5terre.com, provided that the same has not yet been processed.
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by written communication to be sent to Baico di Faravelli Davide, 19016 Via Roma, 35 Monterosso al Mare - La Spezia, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by e-mail (info@baico5terre.com), provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following forty-eight hours. This communication must contain the data necessary to identify the order, the will to renounce the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the tax document (Invoice or Tax Receipt.). In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer agrees to the full return in unaltered conditions and in the original packaging, of the products received at the same address used for the registered letter.
The right of withdrawal is instead excluded: for the purchase of goods made to measure or customized by Baico di Faravelli Davide according to the specific requests of the Customer (see gift packs for example) or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or risk to deteriorate or alter rapidly; for products not delivered due to the absence of the customer from the place of delivery and for those which at the time of their withdrawal are altered or deteriorated due to the delay caused by the customer.
If the withdrawal is made according to the methods and terms above, the amount already paid for the products is credited to the buyer by bank transfer to his account, the refund is to be understood excluding shipping costs.
The refund is made in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Baico, di Faravelli Davide, received news of the withdrawal from the Customer also receives the goods ordered intact and in the original packaging at the following address: 19016 Via Roma , 35 Monterosso al Mare (SP). The costs for returning the Products are not refundable and remain, by law, at the customer's expense.

The sales contract between the Customer and Baico di Faravelli Davide is intended to be concluded in Italy and abroad and regulated by Italian Law (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the La Spezia forum.
